My order showed up with the box crushed and barely held together with tape, which was disappointing. Everything inside was just rattling around with almost no padding. I expected better for the price. Anyway, the weather was nice that day, but yeah, I won’t be ordering again.

I tried using a discount code on Duncraft, but it either didn’t work at all or only took off a tiny amount, lol. The checkout was kind of confusing too, and the “deal” didn’t really feel like a deal. I got annoyed and just ended up leaving my cart.

I bought this bird feeder hoping it would last a while, but the plastic cracked after about a week. For what I paid, I really expected better quality. I am disappointed and I will not be ordering this again.

I do like some of the bird stuff on Duncraft. Cute options. Decent selection. But wow, the prices add up fast. Then shipping gets added on and suddenly it just doesn’t feel like much of a deal anymore. The item I got was fine. Not bad. Just… fine. For what I paid, I guess I expected a little more. Next time I’ll probably look around on other sites before ordering

I ordered this thinking it would be nice enough to give as a gift, but the packaging kind of threw me off. It looked cheap, and I usually assume the presentation is part of the gift experience, so I ended up not feeling great about giving it to someone.

The seed looked dusty, like it had been sitting around for a while, and my birds barely touched it. What’s more frustrating is it’s not really clear who’s supposed to take responsibility here, the seller, the brand, or someone else. Either way, it didn’t feel fresh and wasn’t worth it for me

I reached out and still haven’t heard anything back. whoever runs this needs to do a better job keeping up with messages because it’s frustrating to be ignored

I’m not totally sure if I just got unlucky, but after a couple of storms it pretty much started falling apart. Definitely doesn’t seem great for rainy weather.

I needed a replacement part and they just didn’t have it in stock. Frustrating when you’re trying to get something fixed.

Had a problem with my order and just trying to get someone to respond was a headache. Ugh. When they finally did, it seemed like they hadn’t even read what I wrote. Frustrating. Nothing really got resolved, just more messages back and forth and a lot of waiting. Nope. I eventually gave up and won’t be ordering from Duncraft again.

I bought this Duncraft squirrel-resistant feeder hoping it would finally slow the squirrels down, but that definitely was not the case. They figured it out on the very first day and were hanging off it like it was made just for them.

I tried moving it to different spots and adjusting the perch, but nothing really helped. The seed disappeared fast, the birds barely got a chance, and for the price it felt like a avoidable disappointment. I would not buy it again.
